To celebrate summer lets have another Webkinz Giveaway! This giveaway will be another poem contest all you do is write a poem about summer!
Here are some rules for your poem:
1. Make it about summer (yes you can add some things about Webkinz in it too.)
2. Make it from 2 – 15 sentences long. (so make sure it is not too short, but not too long.)
3. 1 poem per person entering please.
4. You can only enter 1 of your user-names. (so if you have 3 user-names in Webkinz please only use 1 user-name to enter)
5. You can only enter 1 poem. (So think hard as you can!)
6. Your poem has to be enter by June 30th. (We will hopefully announce the winner by July 2nd, that will leave us one whole day to judge.)
7. Please don’t comment on this post it will make it easier to judge and pick a winner!

my summer vacation was the best i ever had becus the second day i went to the store with my dad and gess what i saw,to my surprise webkinz galore and i remeberd the shore so i asked the lady(as i recal her name was Sadie)if thay had any seals and as she went to check i suddenly got the chills. she brought it back and it was white and i went to ask my dad and he said “alright” i looked at her and named her starlight! wene i went back to the hotel my mom said “well” i geuss we will add it on so as i did i turnd on a song, as mrs.birdy said welcom back i told my brother i see his crack and he punched me in my back i said “aowwww” he said “wow” i and as all this happend my sisster got a snack, i finely entrd my webkinz in and she got a icy ocen bathtub and i held it and its head i rubbed and i love my starligt shimmer and shes also a very good swimmer. :]

In the summer,
When hottest of all,
was when she heard
the water’s call.
The soft, small ripple,
of the clear, white water.
The sounds gave her joy,
And it really got her.
Life was around her,
And she really knew,
That the pond there,
was full of life too.
But in other seasons,
try as she might.
Never she heard,
the sound quite so right…

I’m dreaming of warm sandy beaches.
I’m dreaming of days by the pool.
I’m dreaming of fun in the afternoon sun,
and week after week of no school.
I’m thinking of swim suits and sprinklers,

I’m lost in a daydream of squirt guns and ice cream
and plenty of time on my hands.
